Vasia Κonti is an Economics Department of Law graduate since 1989. She also started a postgraduate program in Management, Finance and Economics at Surrey University. At the beginning of her Saturn Return – a little before her 27th year of age – an inner urge forced her to start studying Astrology in parallel to her other studies. She initially started in Greece but completed her studies abroad, at Bristol School of Astrology College, and at Alphee Lavoie School in USA.

In Greece, she attended the Cosmic Pattern courses with Mr. Yiannis Panayiotopoulos. Ms. Stratou Anastasia, a distinguished astrologer, also played an important role by inspiring, teaching and helping her take her first professional steps. More courses and seminars followed by many other well-known teachers in Greece and abroad, such as Laura Nalbandian, Kim Rogers and Misty Kuceris. She regularly attends and participates in major World Conferences abroad, such as the UAC and the Norwest Conference.

Since 2000, she works as a professional astrologer, at a personal sessions level. She also writes articles in major printed and e-magazines, in regular and recurrent columns, about predictions as well as contemporary relationship issues.

Currently she presents the TV-show “Astra En Taxi” every Tuesday night on channel 9, and before that the general topic show “‘Ehis Astro”, also on channel 9. She also maintains co-operation with Central Greece Star Channel, and Super Channel of Corinthia, while previously she did daily forecasts on “Blue Sky TV”.

She is distinguished for her success in Cosmic Forecasts and Political (Mundane) Astrology – election contests – and was the only one who predicted Trump’s victory in 2016 – even though she loves and specializes in human relationships and especially Love. She maintains a regular column in the well-known magazine “Astrologos”, dealing with issues of modern relationships, while at the same time she writes articles in many online sites (myhoroscope, astrology.gr). Her previous collaborations were with “Hello” magazine, “zoi kai zodia” magazine, “Star press” and ” Vradyni” newspapers.

Among her activities is writing a part of the Scientific Astrological Encyclopedia called “Courses in Contemporary Astrology”, while her 2nd book on the subject of “Love Astrology Courses” was recently published by Erechtheida Publications.

In 2014 one of her biggest dreams came true, the establishment of an Official and acknowledged Astrological Studies Center, equal to colleges abroad. She worked methodically, along with experienced collaborators, the Astrology teachers of the school, and they created a comprehensive curriculum that gives to Greek-speaking public the opportunity to study in their own language, and not by correspondence, through painful schedule, timing and communication difficulty with foreign schools. The ” Enallaktiki Paideia- Astropaideia” Studies Center provides a complete program of theoretical courses in Psychological Astrology. That is excellently combined with tutorials of practical applications (workshops). By that, students are enabled to practically carry out the courses’ content on natal charts, always having a supervising teacher nearby to guide them and answering questions, so that they do not accumulate, and directing them to the decoding and interpreting of Symbols and Cosmic Phenomena of the Sky. The Astropaideia Astrology School is an official Lifelong Learning Center 1, acknowledged by the Ministry of Education, and provides online attendance option for people from anywhere in the world.

Vasiliki Konti is a founding member of the 1st Hellenic Association of Greek Astrologers and Friends of Astrology called “PAME ASTROLOGIA”, and has been President of the Board of Directors. For last, she participated in the 1st Congress of the Association that took place in November 2011 at the DAIS conference center, where she presented the topic of “Evolutionary Astrology”.

In the mid 2010s, by making a review of my life’s path, I realized that I’ve been serving this field as an editor and a writer for 35 years. My first appearance was in URANOS magazine in the summer of 1975. It sparked-off a fast development into becoming an editor of this great and informative magazine for its era, which dealth with both astrological and psychological matters.

During this journey, I have made small test appearances both in KATHIMERINI newspaper and in SORED magazine. All my writings related to the astrology of the 12 signs and 10 planets were full of enthusiasm and love. My first organized work saw the light of day in the spring of 1978, hosted by FANTAZIO weekly magazine.

The success this presentation had at the time, led me to a collaboration with Terzopoulos publications in general, both for the weekly forecasts of FANTAZIO magazine, and for taking over a column on GYNAIKA magazine in January 1980. During the same year, this magazine featured a second special about love affairs between the two sexes, which had the same reading success as my first appearance. In the same year I participated in writing of small tributes to the 12 signs that accompanied zodiac jewelry sales at that time.

Time moves quickly and I started writing my first book, entitled ZODIAC CYCLE, which begins in 1981 with the recommendation of Christos Terzopoulos. The book was published in the spring of 1984. In 1982 a series of articles entitled FAMOUS WOMEN AND THEIR SIGNS is published in WOMAN magazine, making a big impression to the readers. During the same year, I am getting a regular column in the SUNDAY’S ELEFTHEROTYPIA newspaper, making a novelty by accompanying every week’s predictions with a short feature of astrological and psychological nature. Also, in the same year, I make my first television appearance on the show THE REPORTERS, distinguishing the status of modern astrology in contrast to the fields of divination art and parapsychological research.

The following year 1983, I am a once a month guest on the radio show of Kostas Mazanis in SECOND PROGRAMME, entitled THE LIGHT OF THE MOON. At the same time, I am creating access to the country’s second largest city, Thessaloniki, by giving speeches to associations and educational institutions. The success of the SUNDAY’S ELEFTHEROTYPIA column, led me to undertake, or create if you will, a daily horoscope column for ELEFTHEROTYPIA daily newspaper, which starts on January 1st, 1984. In the same year, as we have already said, the ZODIAC CYCLE sees the light of publicity, and becomes an extremely best-selling book. At that time, as the years follow each other, I expanded with features to both ENA magazine, and the Greek edition of PLAYBOY magazine. In the fall of 1986, I am hosting the astrological forecast in the first TV morning show produced by ERT1 entitled “KYRIAKATIKA”, becoming a pioneer, braking- in a way- the conservative framework, by presenting a taboo topic, as it was considered at the time.

A year later, a deal is made with a French company, represented in Greece by Jean Paul Erman, whose outcome was the analysis of astrological predictive programs on demand. It is the equivalent of ASTROFLASH that existed in the French capital at the time. In 1988, I leave the editorial team of GYNAIKA magazine and take on the monthly column of ELLE magazine, which had then a Greek edition, and I also participate in the KAI weekly magazine. Furthermore, ending my collaboration with Playboy, I take on the column on STATUS magazine.

In 1989, my second book was published by “Kastaniotis”, entitled LOVE ASTROLOGY, and in December of the same year my third book, entitled JUST BEFORE 2000, was published. What made an impression was the originality I initiated both in humor and in writing, and that can be clearly seen in MAX magazine published in 1990.

Two years later, two new books by Albatross Publications come, written between 1991 and early 1992. The one deals with Planets, human character, life, and their symbolism, and the other analyzes the Signs and Ascendants combinations which are 144 in number. At the same period of time, free-lance television starts developing, and I am often invited as a guest to express my views, ending up hosting an informative astrological show on Star channel called THE STAR WARS, in the spring of 1995. A year later I participate in MEGA CHANNEL’S informative show, MORNING FREQUENCY, with Pavlos Alepis. In 1997, Antonis Liberis gives me the opportunity to write a book in detail about the year 2000, which comes along with 7MERES TV, a TV weekly magazine.

In 1998 I join Livanis publications, and that same year my book entitled THE STARS, HISTORY, AND THE FUTURE is published. In the fall of that year, I take part in a SKAI-TV show called ESPRESSO. In the first half of 1999, I Kontinue participating in the same TV-channel’s morning show, hosted by Katerina Giatzoglou. The millennium finds me in intense writing activity. In November 2000, Livanis publications publishes small and luxurious books about each zodiac sign’s identity, that, in less than 3 months, increase the company’s sales to an impressive number. In the same year, I started collaborating on SYMBOL, an insert magazine of EPENDYTIS newspaper.

Four years later, I take part in editing a text (SMS), set up by IN ACCESS NETWORKS company, which provides the astrological phone services of both Vodafone and Cosmote networks. In 2007, I take part in Tatiana Mazjaridou’s ASTROMAGIREMATA book. In the fall of 2008 comes the book THE FATE OF WOMEN by Livanis publications. In 2009 I undertake the astrological forecast column in EPIKAIRA weekly political magazine. The first six months of the same year, I often take-part in the OMORFOS KOSMOS TV show with Grigoris Arnautoglou, while during July and August I am a regular weekly guest on Karameros – Haritatos ANT1-TV show.

Beyond all this, I participate in many special tributes, articles, and interviews, that I mean to republish in the near future. I reflect today, on how fast the time has passed, and how many more plans I have to carry out, presenting this fascinating, quite controversial, but very humanistic field of studying the stars, in relation to human life and destiny.
